I’ve often worked on a piece of art for ages. From the time I start piecing together an idea and looking for stock for a photo manipulation until when I’m done with the last tweak weeks may have passed. When I look at art I try and not over think it but once I’ve identified a piece I like I really enjoy figuring out why I liked it. This is also a great way to figure out what elements you find pleasing and each detail learnt will add to your reportoire and increase the quality of your own work. I recently developed an interest in Vector there's an interesting practicality about working in vectors. For those who are who have never heard of vectors or are unsure what they are. Vectors are essentially image files where the image has been coded as vectors (line and distance between them) to put it very simplistically. Really enjoying these photo manips. However more so than any other artistic endeavour these little monsters are infuriating!! The beauty of painting ones thoughts the colors of fellow deviants efforts intrigues me. But suspending disbelief making these artistic strangers best friends joined at the hip so that it's hard to imagine them as seperate images now that's the art in this art.
